ii. of iv. — Pathways

Skin quality,
restored from within.

Hydration, regeneration, and structure — at the level of the skin itself. Injectable boosters, polynucleotides, microneedling and medical-grade peels, used to rebuild quality rather than alter shape.

The approach

How skin quality is rebuilt.

Skin boosters, polynucleotides, microneedling and medical-grade peels — selected and combined for your skin type, concerns, and stage. GP-led from consultation to follow-up.

Skin quality work isn’t about volume or shape — it’s about hydration, elasticity, tone, and texture. The aim is to support how your skin functions: how it holds water, how it produces collagen, how it responds to stress and time.

Treatments are selected for what your skin actually needs, with evidence-based products including bio-remodellers, polynucleotides and prescription-grade actives. Whether the concern is fine lines, dehydration, pigmentation, scarring or thinning skin, the right tool is matched to the right cause.

Confidence starts with skin that feels healthy, strong and naturally radiant. That’s what these treatments are designed to support — not to mask, not to overload.

The goal is skin that looks well, not skin that looks worked on. Improvements that build session by session, on a plan that fits your skin and your life.

What's included

The full skin quality menu.

Four categories — chosen for what your skin actually needs, alone or in combination. Hydration, regeneration, resurfacing, and renewal. Performed by a qualified medical doctor.

i.

Skin Boosters & Bio-remodellers

Injectable treatments that hydrate, soften static lines, and improve skin quality from within — without altering shape or adding volume. Each formulation suits a different skin concern, from dehydration and laxity to dullness and crepiness.

Hydromax by Vivacy

Cross-linked HA + sorbitol skin booster. Targets perioral lines, accordion lines, and crepey or dehydrated skin. Not suitable for fruit allergies.

Profhilo

The “injectable moisturiser” — a bio-remodeller for skin laxity, fine lines and dullness. Suitable for face, neck, hands and décolleté.

Teosyal Redensity 1

Light skin booster combining HA with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Brightens, protects, hydrates — ideal for prevention or pre-event glow.

Sunekos

Biorevitalisation with 6 amino acids + non-crosslinked HA. Stimulates collagen and elastin — gentle enough for under-eye and sensitive areas.

Common protocol

Typically 2–3 sessions, 2–4 weeks apart · Maintenance every 4–6 months · Visible improvement from week 3 onward

ii.

Polynucleotides — Regenerative Skin

A separate class of injectable that goes beyond hydration: polynucleotides stimulate deep skin repair, calm inflammation, and rebuild barrier function. Especially valuable for sensitive, mature, or compromised skin where conventional boosters aren’t appropriate.

Plinest

The gold-standard polynucleotide. Strengthens and renews fragile, sensitive, mature or post-menopausal skin. Reduces redness, supports healing, improves elasticity.

Plinest Eye

A specialised formulation of Plinest for the under-eye area — addresses thinning, dark circles, and crepey skin around the eyes.

Newest

Polynucleotides combined with low molecular weight HA. Cellular regeneration plus immediate hydration — ideal for prevention or recovery after intensive treatments.

iii.

Microneedling — Dermapen 4

Precision microneedling combined with regenerative serums to address pigmentation, scarring, and stubborn textural concerns. The treatment is enhanced — not just performed — by the active applied during the session.

Dermapen + Purasomes

Exosome-rich formulation. Reduces inflammation, boosts collagen, accelerates healing — well suited to acne scars, melasma, and sensitive skin types.

Dermapen + MG-Glides

Targeted actives — hyaluronic acid, copper peptides, brightening agents — tailored to your specific concern. Refines, hydrates, renews.

Dermapen + Exosomes

Cellular signalling at depth — stimulates repair from within. For advanced ageing, scarring, and dull skin in need of regeneration.

Best suited for

Melasma & hormonal pigmentation · Atrophic acne scarring · Deep wrinkles around mouth, cheeks, forehead · Crepey, sun-damaged or thinning skin

iv.

Chemical Peels & Facials

Medical-grade resurfacing — peels and facials selected for the cause of your skin concern, not the symptom. Designed for visible improvement with minimal downtime, suitable for one-off refreshes or part of a longer plan.

Obagi Radiance Peel

A salicylic-acid “lunchtime peel” for dullness, mild pigmentation, congested pores, and the first signs of ageing. Visible results in 5–7 days, suitable for most skin types.

Coming soon

TCA-based peels for deeper rejuvenation · Brightening & anti-pigmentation peels · Skin-calming, barrier-supporting facials · Medical facials for acne, rosacea and menopausal skin

v.

Collagen Biostimulators

A distinct class of regenerative injectable that works differently from skin boosters and fillers. Rather than adding volume or hydration alone, biostimulators prompt the skin to rebuild its own collagen and elastin — firming and thickening crepey or lax skin gradually over the weeks and months that follow.

Hyperdilute Radiesse® with Normal Saline

Radiesse® diluted with sterile saline so it spreads evenly through the skin, stimulating your own collagen to improve firmness, elasticity and texture. A natural route to skin rejuvenation, with progressive rather than instant results.

Hyperdilute Radiesse® with NCTF®

The same collagen-stimulating action combined with NCTF® — a rejuvenating complex of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids, coenzymes, minerals and antioxidants. Immediate hydration and radiance while collagen rebuilds beneath. Well suited to dull, dehydrated or ageing skin.

Sculptra®

A poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) biostimulator, given as a course of sessions, that prompts your own collagen to rebuild over the following months. It improves firmness and overall skin quality and can gently restore volume lost to ageing — with gradual, natural results rather than an instant change.

Protocol

Hyperdilute Radiesse® — typically 2–3 sessions, 6–8 weeks apart · Sculptra® — a tailored course of sessions, matched to you at consultation, 4–6 weeks apart, face only · Both build gradually over several months, with Sculptra’s change typically visible from around three months

What to expect

From your first call to long-term review.

No treatment on day one. Every plan starts with a medical assessment and a conversation about what’s appropriate — and what isn’t.

Day 0

Consultation

30–45 minute medical assessment of skin type, concerns, and overall wellbeing. Personalised plan delivered.

Treatment day

In clinic

Treatment carried out in a clinical setting, typically 30–60 minutes. Most patients return to normal activities the same day.

Days 1–7

Recovery

Mild redness or swelling normal in the first 24–48 hours. Light flaking possible after peels (1–3 days). Full recovery within a week.

Weeks 3–6

Visible improvement

Skin quality changes — hydration, tone, texture — become visible. Most plans include a second session at this point.

Every 4–6 months

Maintenance

Skin boosters and bio-remodellers are typically refreshed seasonally. Peels and microneedling reviews vary by concern and goals.

Common questions

What patients ask before their first consultation.

If your question isn’t here, the consultation is the right place to ask it. Every appointment is built around honest conversation — not a sales pitch.

How is this different from a facial at a regular salon?

Two main things. First, the treatments are medical-grade — injectable boosters, polynucleotides, prescription-strength peels — performed by a doctor in a clinical setting, not over-the-counter products applied as a service. Second, every plan starts with a medical assessment of your skin, your history, and your goals. The treatment is matched to the cause of the concern, not just the symptom.

How many sessions will I need to see results?

For skin boosters and bio-remodellers like Profhilo and Hydromax, most patients have 2–3 initial sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart, with maintenance every 4–6 months. Polynucleotides typically follow a similar pattern. Microneedling and chemical peels can be done as one-off treatments or as a course. Your specific plan will be set during the consultation, with realistic expectations for each treatment.

Will skin booster injections add volume or change my face?

No — and this is the key difference from dermal fillers. Skin boosters and polynucleotides work at the level of skin quality: hydration, elasticity, texture, regeneration. They don’t add volume or alter shape. The result is the same face, with healthier-looking skin.

Can these treatments be combined with facial rejuvenation or other pathways?

Yes — and many plans do. The four pathways (Facial Rejuvenation, Skin Quality, Hair Rejuvenation, Long-term Care) are designed to work together when appropriate. Skin quality work often pairs well with anti-wrinkle treatments or fillers, but the order and timing is a clinical decision made during your consultation.

Is there any downtime after these treatments?

Generally minimal. Skin booster injections may cause small bumps or redness for 24–48 hours. Microneedling can leave skin pink for 1–2 days. The Obagi Radiance Peel typically causes light flaking for 1–3 days. Most patients return to normal activities the same day, with minor cosmetic considerations for the first few days.
