The doctor behind the clinic

Hi, I'm Dr Raghda.

A practising NHS-trained General Practitioner with fifteen years of medical experience. I treat aesthetic medicine as an extension of holistic patient care — not as a beauty service — and I’ll tell you honestly when no treatment is the right answer.

A guiding principle

“The quickest way to look naturally refreshed is often to slow the whole process down.”

Over time, I noticed the same pattern again and again. People weren’t looking for a new face — they wanted to feel like themselves again.

In the clinic

A medical practice, not a beauty service.

My clinics are based at 132 Flixton Road in Urmston, and at 13 The Downs in Altrincham — both easily accessible from across Greater Manchester. Every consultation begins the same way: thirty to forty-five minutes, unhurried, with a proper medical assessment of your skin, your concerns, and your wider health.

My journey into aesthetics was deeply personal. As a doctor, a mum, and a woman, I understand how easy it is to put yourself last — and how the signs often show up quietly. Your makeup doesn’t sit right. Your face feels tired. You simply don’t feel like yourself anymore.

“Every recommendation should be grounded in a calm medical consultation, facial anatomy, skin biology, and a long-term plan. Sometimes no treatment is the best treatment.”

My story

How I became the doctor I am today.

I’m Dr Raghda. I’ve worked as a GP for fifteen years, alongside my work in medical aesthetics. The way I practise today didn’t appear overnight — it evolved through what I saw working, what I saw failing, and the patients who taught me what really matters.

i.

When I saw what was really going wrong

People arrived feeling tired of conflicting advice, worried about looking obvious, and frustrated by one-off treatments that never added up. I also saw how easy it is for a “quick fix” mindset to create more uncertainty than confidence — patients leaving consultations more anxious than when they walked in, with treatment plans that didn’t fit their face, their life, or their budget.

ii.

What didn't work, and the turning point

Chasing trends, copying someone else’s treatment, and treating skin or hair concerns without a proper medical assessment kept leading to patchy results and second-guessing. The shift came when I committed to one principle: every recommendation should be grounded in a calm medical consultation, facial anatomy, skin biology, hair health, and a long-term plan. Not three of those things — all of them, every time.

iii.

How the approach became the service I offer today

That’s how my doctor-led, personalised treatment planning evolved into a structured way to support facial balance, skin quality, and hair restoration with gradual, natural results. Patients often tell me they feel listened to and reassured, and many come back for ongoing maintenance through word-of-mouth referrals. Today, I help people who feel stuck and cautious take the first step with clear advice and a plan they can trust.

The promise

A calm, unhurried, genuinely medical consultation that begins with listening and ends with a personalised plan you can trust — with the freedom to say not yet or not at all whenever that is the right answer.
