i. of iv. — Pathways
Facial rejuvenation,
balanced and natural.
A doctor-led approach to facial ageing — chosen anatomically, never to alter. Subtle changes that build over time, with the result that still looks like you.
The approach
How facial rejuvenation stays balanced.
Treatments selected anatomically, using medical-grade products and established safety protocols. GP-led from consultation to follow-up.
Facial rejuvenation here is approached with a focus on balance, structure, and skin quality — rather than doing more for the sake of it. The aim is harmony and proportion, not transformation.
Treatments are carefully selected based on your facial anatomy and stage of ageing, using medical-grade products and established safety protocols within a clinical setting. The result is refreshed, not altered. Changes that build subtly over time, not suddenly.
You’ll always understand what a treatment is intended to improve, what it won’t change, and why it’s appropriate for your face.
Looking effortlessly refreshed doesn’t have to be a mystery. The result is a smoother, subtler appearance — one that still allows full natural expression. Without ever appearing frozen or overdone.

What to expect
From your first call to long-term review.
No treatment on day one. Every plan starts with a medical assessment and a conversation about what’s appropriate — and what isn’t.
Consultation
30–45 minute medical assessment of facial anatomy, skin and overall wellbeing. Personalised plan delivered.
In clinic
Treatment carried out in a clinical setting, typically 30–60 minutes. Most patients return to normal activities the same day.
Settling
Results begin to emerge. Mild swelling normal in the first 24–48 hours. Full settling within 2 weeks.
Final result
Effect fully visible. First review appointment to check progress and plan any next steps.
Maintenance
Anti-wrinkle work typically maintained every 3–4 months; dermal filler reviews vary by product and area.
A promise
I treat aesthetic medicine as an extension of holistic patient care — not as a beauty service. If a treatment isn’t right for you, I’ll tell you so.
Common questions
What patients ask before their first consultation.
If your question isn’t here, the consultation is the right place to ask it. Every appointment is built around honest conversation — not a sales pitch.
Will I look “done” or unnatural?
No — and that’s the whole point of this approach. Every treatment is selected anatomically, in the dose and placement appropriate for your face. The aim is to refresh, not to alter. Changes build subtly over weeks, so the effect feels rested rather than transformed.
If at any point a treatment risks looking overdone, that’s a conversation rather than a treatment.
Is the treatment painful?
Most patients describe the discomfort as mild and brief. Anti-wrinkle injections feel like a quick pinch and take only a few minutes. Dermal filler and Profhilo are performed with a topical numbing cream, and in many cases the products themselves contain a local anaesthetic.
Mild swelling or small bruises can occur for a day or two and are easily managed.
How long will the results last?
It depends on the treatment and the area. Anti-wrinkle treatments are typically maintained every 3–4 months. Dermal fillers vary considerably — usually somewhere between 9 and 18 months, depending on the product, the area, and how your body metabolises it. Your plan will set clear expectations on duration before any treatment begins.
Can I combine facial rejuvenation with skin or hair treatments?
Yes — and many plans do. The four pathways (Facial Rejuvenation, Skin Quality, Hair Rejuvenation, Long-term Care) are designed to work together when appropriate. Whether to combine them, in what order, and on what timeline is a clinical decision made during your consultation.
What if I’m not sure I want anything done?
That’s exactly the right reason to book a consultation. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment, and there is no sales team trying to convert you. Many patients leave with a clearer understanding of what’s appropriate, what isn’t, and what to ignore — and decide to take their time.
“No treatment” is a valid outcome of any consultation here.
Ready when you are
The first step is a conversation,
not a treatment.
Book a no-obligation consultation. Within 30–45 minutes you’ll have real clarity on what will help you most — and what to ignore. Honest advice, every time.
