iii. of iv. — Pathways
Hair, eyebrow & beard,
restored at the root.
Regenerative therapies that work where it matters — the follicle. Polynucleotides, microneedling, and exosome-based protocols to support natural regrowth on the scalp, brows, and beard area.
The approach
How hair regrowth is supported.
Regenerative therapies — polynucleotides, microneedling, exosomes — selected and combined for the cause of your concern. GP-led from consultation to follow-up.
Hair loss and thinning have many causes: genetic, hormonal, inflammatory, post-stress, post-illness, post-treatment. The right approach depends on which mechanism is driving the change — which is why every plan begins with a medical assessment, not a treatment.
The therapies used here work at the level of the follicle: improving the scalp environment, reactivating dormant follicles, reducing inflammation, and supporting the body’s own regenerative pathways. These are not transplants and not promises of dramatic transformation — they are clinical tools that, used correctly, can support meaningful, measurable improvement.
We begin every journey with a detailed consultation to assess your scalp, skin, lifestyle, and goals — then tailor a plan to restore your hair or brows using the latest in regenerative medicine.
The same protocols apply across scalp, eyebrows, and beard area — adapted for the specific concern, whether it’s early thinning, post-inflammatory loss, over-plucked brows, or a patchy beard.
What's included
The full hair rejuvenation menu.
Three regenerative therapies, used alone or in tailored combinations — for scalp, brows, or beard area. Performed by a qualified medical doctor.
i.
Polynucleotides for Scalp & Brows
Purified DNA fragments that repair and regenerate tissue at the cellular level — improving the follicular environment, reducing inflammation, and strengthening weakened or miniaturised hair follicles. Effective for both scalp and eyebrow restoration.
Strengthens weak or miniaturised follicles
Supports follicles that are still active but producing thinner, weaker hair — a common pattern in early hair loss.
Improves scalp & skin tissue around follicles
Better blood flow, healthier surrounding tissue, and improved nutrient delivery to the follicle.
Reduces inflammation & oxidative stress
Calms the inflammatory triggers behind much of post-stress, post-illness, and post-inflammatory hair loss.
Suitable for scalp & eyebrows
The same active works for both — particularly useful for over-plucked, hormonally affected, or stress-thinned brows.
Best suited for
Early-to-moderate hair thinning · Post-inflammatory hair loss · Weakened brows from over-plucking, stress, or hormonal change
ii.
Microneedling Activation
Ultra-fine needles create controlled micro-channels in the scalp or brow area, triggering a wound-healing response and stimulating collagen and growth factor production. When paired with polynucleotides or exosomes, microneedling significantly enhances penetration and effectiveness — especially in sparse or dormant areas.
Boosts blood circulation
Improved circulation to the scalp and brow area means better nutrient and oxygen delivery to the follicle.
Reawakens dormant follicles
The micro-injury response triggers natural growth signalling — particularly useful in areas where follicles are still present but inactive.
Enhances delivery of regenerative actives
The micro-channels improve absorption of polynucleotides, exosomes, or other topical growth-factor solutions applied during the session.
Improves scalp texture & condition
A healthier scalp surface supports better long-term follicle function and the success of any combined treatment.
iii.
Purasomes — Stem-Cell Exosomes
Stem-cell-derived exosomes act as cellular messengers, sending powerful regenerative signals to the surrounding tissue. Rich in growth factors, they help repair the follicular environment, improve density, and reduce the inflammatory triggers behind hair thinning or loss.
Reactivates sluggish or resting follicles
Cellular signalling that wakes follicles from telogen (resting) phase back into anagen (growth) phase.
Promotes new hair & eyebrow growth
Growth factors encourage the production of stronger, thicker hair from existing follicles, and can support new growth where dormant follicles remain.
Repairs scalp & skin barrier
Improves the condition of the scalp itself — reducing irritation, supporting healthier follicle housing.
Strongest results when combined
Best outcomes typically come from pairing Purasomes with microneedling or polynucleotides — see combination programmes below.
iv.
Tailored Combination Programmes
For best results, treatments are usually combined into a personalised plan rather than used in isolation. Combining microneedling, polynucleotides and Purasomes stimulates multiple regenerative pathways at once — leading to fuller, stronger hair and brows over a structured course of sessions.
Polynucleotide injection course
Typically every 2–4 weeks during the active phase, then maintained at longer intervals.
Microneedling with topical PNs or Purasomes
Combined sessions that improve absorption and trigger the regenerative response simultaneously.
Targeted brow & beard protocols
Specific plans for thin or patchy eyebrows and beards, adapted for the smaller area and different skin behaviour.
Scalp strengthening plans
Structured courses for early-to-moderate hair loss, with clear expectations and review points along the way.
Areas treated
Scalp (full or targeted areas) · Eyebrows · Beard area · Areas of thinning, scarring, or post-inflammatory loss
What to expect
From your first call to long-term review.
No treatment on day one. Every plan starts with a medical assessment and a conversation about what’s appropriate — and what isn’t.
Consultation
30–45 minute medical assessment of scalp, hair history, lifestyle, and goals. Personalised treatment plan delivered.
In clinic
Treatment carried out in a clinical setting, typically 30–60 minutes. Most patients return to normal activities the same day.
Recovery
Mild scalp tenderness or pinpoint redness possible for 24–48 hours. Most patients experience minimal discomfort and no visible signs after a day.
Treatment course
Polynucleotide injections typically delivered every 2–4 weeks during the active phase. Most courses run for 3–6 sessions before review.
Visible improvement & review
Hair regeneration is gradual — meaningful changes in density and quality typically become visible from month 3 onward, with formal review and longer-interval maintenance from there.
A promise
I treat aesthetic medicine as an extension of holistic patient care — not as a beauty service. If a treatment isn’t right for you, I’ll tell you so.
Common questions
What patients ask before their first consultation.
If your question isn’t here, the consultation is the right place to ask it. Every appointment is built around honest conversation — not a sales pitch.
How is this different from hair transplant surgery?
These are non-surgical regenerative treatments — not hair transplants. The aim is to support and revive your existing follicles, not to relocate hair from one area to another. They work best for early-to-moderate hair thinning where follicles are still present and active. For advanced loss with no remaining follicle activity, transplant surgery may be more appropriate, and you’ll be told that honestly during the consultation.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
Most patients have an initial course of 3–6 sessions, with polynucleotide injections typically delivered every 2–4 weeks. Combination protocols using microneedling and Purasomes are scheduled within that course. Visible improvement in density and hair quality usually becomes apparent from month 3 onward, with formal review and longer-interval maintenance after the active phase.
Will these treatments work for me?
That depends on the type and stage of your hair loss, your overall health, and what’s actually causing the change. These therapies work best for early-to-moderate thinning, post-inflammatory loss, hormonal change, and stress-related thinning where follicles remain present. The consultation includes a clinical assessment of your scalp and a realistic discussion of what to expect — no over-promising.
Is the treatment painful?
Most patients describe scalp injections and microneedling as mildly uncomfortable but quite tolerable. Topical numbing cream is used where appropriate. Mild scalp tenderness or pinpoint redness is normal for 24–48 hours afterwards, and most people experience no visible signs after a day.
Can these treatments be used on brows and beard area too?
Yes — the same regenerative protocols apply across scalp, eyebrows, and beard area, adapted for the smaller surface and different skin behaviour. Common situations include over-plucked or hormonally affected brows, and patchy beard growth. Specific brow and beard protocols are part of the standard offering.
